Starting Monday, April 20, Tracy Public Library will be offering no-contact pickup of library materials.
Staff will be available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday to fill requests. No requests will be filled on Saturdays. Call the library to reserve items, or reserve on the Plum Creek Library System catalog.
Call the library at 507-629-5548 to reserve items and schedule a pickup time. Pickup times will be scheduled every half hour, starting at 10:30 a.m. each day. Only one pickup will be scheduled in each half-hour slot.
Requests will be cleaned, bagged, and placed in the front entryway for pickup at the appointed time. Please arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. The inside library door will be locked, and there will be no entrance into the main part of the library.
Returns should be placed in the outdoor book drop.

Tracy has had a library in various locations since 1880. Patrons will find more than 19,000 items, including books, DVDs and Blu-rays, video games, audiobooks, and periodicals.
The library has 10 computers for public use. There is no fee for computer usage. There is a fee for printouts. Fax service and scan to email are available. Wireless Internet access is available.
Adults are welcome to participate in the winter reading program starting each January. Kids of all ages can participate in a summer reading program at the library starting each June. The “1,000 Books Before Kindergarten” program is offered for children who have not yet entered school.
